Switching up the blog today with a food post! Nom!
This is my go-to salad recipe. Its easy & the flavors match perfectly! You can always change up the measurements depending on how many people you’re serving.
1 Apple (I prefer Red Delicious or a Granny Smith apple)
Crumbled feta cheese
*Optional: Grilled chicken breast
Mix 2 parts balsamic vinegar to 1 part olive oil (example: 2 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar to 1 teaspoon olive oil).
-Dice up your apple.
-Add 1 tablespoon of feta cheese.
-Throw in about 2 cups of mixed greens.
-Add in about 2 tablespoons of chopped walnuts.
-Top with grilled chicken
